Ingredients

In this recipe, you’ll be using the following ingredients:

  • Beef (beef cutlets): 1 kg
  • Onions: 2 large ones, chopped finely into pieces.
  • Tomato: 3 medium-sized (or 4 small) tomatoes, peeled and chopped finely into pieces. If you don’t have a blender, then use a food processor to blend them together.
  • Green chili powder: 12 tsp or according to your taste preference, but make sure that it is mild in flavor so that you can have more spice later on when adding other ingredients like paneer cheese or butter chicken masala,
  • which are very spicy in nature! For example, if you want something mild, then just take half of what I wrote as mentioned above; however, if you want something spicier, then double it up! It’s all up to choice, really! Now onto our next ingredient…

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add the onions and garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes until soft.
  • Add the marinated beef and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, or till it becomes tender and browned at the edges.
  • Add tomatoes, spices (chironji powder, garam masala), salt to taste, mix well, and cook on low heat for another 3-5 minutes until tomatoes are soft all through but not mushy enough to break up into pieces when pressed between thumb and forefinger.

Add water as needed so that there is enough liquid left after cooking time elapses (if not, add more water at this point).

The gravy should be thick enough so that you can leave it alone without adding any extra water later on when serving with rice, rotis, parathas, etc.

If you feel like adding some more flavor, then feel free to make sure it does not overpower whatever else goes into your bowl! You can also adjust salt levels as needed depending on how much sodium each meal naturally contains within itself before cooking starts.

Notes:

My Best Beef Karahi Recipe is a delicious recipe that can be made with leftover beef or even some fresh meat.

It’s also a good source of protein, and if you don’t have enough vegetables on hand, this dish will help you use them up!

This recipe calls for the ingredients listed below and instructions on how to make them. Once your ingredients are measured out, follow these steps: Heat up the oil in a skillet until it starts smoking hot (about 4 minutes). Add onions and fry them until golden brown;

  • then add garlic powder, salt or pepper flakes, and garam masala powder (if using). Saute for another 2 minutes before adding tomatoes along with their juice; let simmer together for about 10 minutes until most liquid evaporates off but doesn’t burn off completely; then add chopped carrots and potatoes along with black pepper over top before turning down heat so everything continues cooking evenly without burning anything else off too quickly!

Have fun with this recipe.
